Are Your Treats Made with Human-Grade Ingredients?

While we can't legally claim that the treats are human-grade because they are not made in a commercial kitchen, they are made with human-grade ingredients. Our meat, produce, and dairy are sourced from local farms and the same locations where local restaurants purchase their products.

Our treats are safe for pet parents to eat because they are made with human-grade ingredients. However, they won't taste as yummy to humans due to not being sweetened with added sweeteners that are typically found in our baked goods.

Why are Your Treats Not Made in a Commercial Kitchen?

While we could produce our treats in a commercial kitchen, we understand that this would require more costs, which in turn would cause us to charge more for the treats. We pride ourselves on producing quality small-batch ingredient-only products that both pets and humans can enjoy safely. We use the same hygiene and production controls that would be found in the use of a commercial kitchen.

Subscribe & Save

How Does the Subscription Service Work & Save Me Money?

When purchasing items, you will have the option to subscribe monthly to ensure that you do not run out of your dog's favorite treats, and in turn, you will receive a discount on your items.

 

After you choose the item(s) that you want to subscribe to, it will be automatically billed on the 3rd of every month and then the treats will be sent out once confirmation of payment is received.

This is helpful to the pet parent in saving money and ensuring that your dog does not have a reason to be sad & upset.

How Do I Manage My Subscription?

Log into your account, choose the button that states "Manage My Subscriptions," and from there make the necessary adjustments.

Can I Cancel?

Yes, you can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your account. Log into your account, choose the button that states "Manage My Subscriptions," and from there make the necessary adjustments to your plan.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US due to the food restrictions when shipping internationally.  

We offer US Standard Shipping for FREE for orders over $50+.

Turn Around Time 

When will I receive My Items?

Typically you can expect your items to ship within 3 business days of ordering. If you need your items quickly, please upgrade your shipping during checkout.
